Planning to build or remodel? Don't Start Without Obtaining a Permit!

INSPECTRON INC., is the inspection agency performing plan reviews and construction inspections for Lynden Township.
All projects that create a new structure or change the floor plan, the foot print or roof line of an existing structure are required to have a plan submitted for review prior to issuance of a building permit and scheduling of inspections. A complete plan will include all information requested in the Building Permit Application Packet obtained from Inspectron, Inc. These plans will be reviewed for compliance with local ordinances and the Building Code. When approved, these plans will be the basis of permit issuance and inspection.
Inspectron office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. General questions and inspection requests should be directed to our toll free number at 1-800-322-6153. All inspections must have a 24 hour advance notice.
For your convenience Inspectron also has an office located in Waite Park across the street from the Waite Park City Hall. You may drop off or mail your completed permit application and pick up your issued permit at this office.
